1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and goerya ("goerya," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at goerya.cam. goerya operates under the authorization of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body governing all legal gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the goerya platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and financial transaction services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the goerya platform.

These Terms apply to all versions of the goerya platform, including the website accessible at goerya.cam, any mobile-optimized web version, and the dedicated goerya mobile application available for Android and iOS devices. All features and services are subject to these Terms regardless of the access method used.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Access to and use of the goerya platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as mandated by applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of placing wagers or accessing real-money gaming features.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of goerya, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any responsible gaming authority recognized in the Philippines.
• You have not previously had a goerya account terminated for cause, unless goerya has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
• Your participation in real-money gaming activities is not prohibited under any law applicable to your circumstances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. goerya will request government-issued identification — such as a Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or UMID — to complete mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the goerya platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. goerya reserves the right to permanently close all accounts linked to the same individual and to withhold any balances pending investigation if multiple accounts are detected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goerya login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your goerya account. goerya will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify goerya immediately — via [email protected] — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your goerya credentials. goerya's support team operates daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 MN (Philippine Standard Time).

goerya accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonus balances, or VIP loyalty points to any other person. Any such transfer shall be null and void, and goerya may suspend or terminate accounts involved in any such transaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

goerya processes all financial transactions exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are accepted via the following verified payment channels:

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must submit valid government-issued identification before their first withdrawal is processed. goerya targets GCash withdrawal processing within 1–2 hours as an operational standard; this target applies 365 days per year including weekends and Philippine public holidays. goerya does not guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment networks.

goerya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessable due to failed verification within 30 days may be returned to the account wallet.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

goerya offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all goerya bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in full at the specified wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless goerya expressly permits stacking under a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on deposit history, account tier, game preferences, or geographic region within the Philippines.
• goerya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonus funds already credited to a player's account shall not be removed during an active wagering period.
• Wagering completed using bonus funds on games that are excluded or weighted differently under the promotion terms may not count toward the required wagering threshold, or may count at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses credited as a result of fraudulent activity, account abuse, or multiple account registration will be forfeited and any associated winnings voided.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on the goerya platform — including live dealer tables, slot games, RNG table games, sports betting markets, sabong, and online bingo — operate according to individual game rules that are displayed within each game or betting market interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before participating.

goerya uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers operating from regulated studios, and game results are streamed in real time. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform and cannot be reversed on the basis of player error, misclick, or misunderstanding of game mechanics.

Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, and other available leagues, are governed by the specific rules of each market type (e.g., match result, handicap, over/under). goerya reserves the right to void bets where a market is offered in error, where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a technical or human error.

goerya reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount or restrict access to specific game types for any individual player at its sole discretion, including where such limits are applied for responsible gaming reasons or to manage platform risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the goerya platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any KYC verification process.
• Registering or using more than one account on the goerya platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment instruments belonging to another person without their express, documented consent.
• Using the goerya platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime as defined under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities, whether accidentally or deliberately, without immediately notifying goerya's support team.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

goerya is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gambling framework. We recognize that gambling carries inherent risks and that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors. goerya provides the following tools — accessible to all players from the account settings dashboard at no charge:

• Daily & Weekly Deposit Limits — set a maximum deposit amount per day or per week; limits apply immediately upon saving.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when you have been logged in to an active session for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 1 to 90 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account with immediate effect; goerya will not reopen a permanently self-excluded account.

goerya strictly enforces the minimum gambling age of 21 years as required by PAGCOR regulations. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the goerya platform — including the goerya name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audiovisual elements, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of goerya or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Your registration and use of the goerya platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to any reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any goerya content.

Game software and content provided by third-party suppliers — including JILI and live dealer studio providers — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their applicable licensing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, goerya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or third-party payment provider delays beyond goerya's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, or infrastructure events.
• Actions taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect platform availability or specific product offerings.

goerya's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's goerya wallet at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits goerya's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

goerya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order requiring account action.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.
• Extended account inactivity, in accordance with goerya's inactive account policy as communicated separately.

Upon account termination for reasons other than fraud or violation of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the player's wallet will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Balances associated with accounts terminated for cause may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited upon determination of a material breach.

12. Privacy & Personal Data

goerya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the binding agreement between you and goerya. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

goerya complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with authorized payment processors, gaming platform providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

goerya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, goerya will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, goerya will provide reasonable notice through the platform's notification system or via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the goerya platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a player and goerya, the parties agree to attempt resolution through goerya's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team at [email protected]. goerya will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 3 business days and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes relating to goerya's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. All other unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
